Monday, September 2nd is Labor Day

As a proud union shop, PFLAG National will be closed next Monday, September 2nd in observance of Labor Day. We won't be sending out We Lead next week. 

We hope everyone has a safe and relaxing Labor Day and remember: PFLAG Loves You! 

PFLAG DEI Survey - We Need Your Help!

We need your help and feedback regarding your experiences with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) at PFLAG.

Will you please complete this brief, 10-15 minute survey to share your experiences? The PFLAG DEI survey is open until Friday, September 19th, and all data collected will be anonymous. 

Why a DEI Survey? Why now? Here at PFLAG, we’re proactively working to center DEI more explicitly and intentionally across all facets of our services, programs, and operations, in service of advancing our mission of creating a caring, just, and affirming world for LGBTQ+ people and those who love them. Your feedback is critical to this work.

In partnership with Promise54, we will use these insights to determine where we are with DEI and then develop a plan to ensure that PFLAG is a place where everybody belongs.

GLSEN National School Climate Survey

GLSEN has recently launched the 2024 National School Climate Survey. This survey aims to understand the school experiences of LGBTQ+ youth. The insights gathered will inform our continuous efforts to create safe and affirming environments for LGBTQ+ youth in schools. 

The survey is available to students aged 13 or older who identify as LGBTQ+ and have attended middle or high school in the United States, a U.S. territory, or a U.S. military base overseas during the 2023-2024 school year.
