STTA Live! Experiencing Gender Euphoria This TDOV

Transgender Day of Visibility (TDOV) is recognized on March 31st each year. Right now, it would be easy to give in to the fear caused by misinformation about what it means to be transgender and nonbinary, instead of celebrating trans visibility and the infinite ways people can experience gender and fully explore who they are.

This year, PFLAG National will celebrate TDOV with the release of a new film, “Pieces of Me,” in which New York-based artist and transgender activist Joslyn DeFreece and director/producer Nick Oceano explore how a kid growing up in a conservative midwestern family finds self-acceptance, purpose, and sisterhood.

Join us this Thursday, March 28 for Something To Talk About Live!

Breaking News in Texas!

PFLAG families in Texas gained further protection today when the Travis County District Court granted a temporary injunction blocking the Texas AG's office's demand that PFLAG National turn over private information about our support of families in Texas seeking gender-affirming medical care for their trans youth.

Loving your LGBTQ+ child is always the right thing to do and PFLAG National will continue to fight to protect our families.

PFLAG Connects: Communities April Meetings

PFLAG Connects: Communities (PCC) provide a safe, virtual, moderated space where people with shared experiences can connect each month. PFLAG National’s current communities gather people of Latino, Black/African American, and Asian American and Pacific Islander backgrounds to gain support, ask questions, and learn from others who have been through similar experiences.

We also host a Military Community meeting, in partnership with our friends at the Modern Military Association of America (MMAA).

Learn more and check out our upcoming meetings for April.
