- No health care provider should face criminal or civil lawsuits or penalties because they are complying with practice guidelines for care. These evidence-based guidelines exist to protect and help patients and providers and have been well-established for years.
- Getting the best standards of care and evidence-based treatment possible for your medical needs shouldn’t be limited, and certainly not barred, by discriminatory politicians. It’s a dangerous precedent and history already tells us where this leads.
