| Dear Chapter Leader, It is wonderful to be back after a ten-week sabbatical! After 20 years on staff at PFLAG National it was a much-needed break. I enjoyed resting, traveling and spending precious time with family and friends. I am incredibly thankful to my colleagues who pitched in during my absence and glad that they got a break last week when the office was closed. Even as the attacks on our families and loved ones continue, it is so important that we all take time to step back and recharge. There is a long road ahead and we need to be ready for it.
