Dear Chapter Leader,

I know that many of us are seeking ways to advocate for LGBTQ+ families affected by negative legislation this Pride season. PFLAG, in collaboration with several partners, has recently compiled a set of resources to support, empower and equip chapter leaders and members with the tools and information that matter, right now.

Within this resource, you will find information about access to medically necessary healthcare support, including ways to find providers, how to discuss these issues with family members, and additional information from our partners. This document is a living resource that will change periodically to accommodate additional changes and information as they become available.

As always, we’re here to support your community–please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions, concerns, or additional considerations.

After oral arguments in 303 Creative LLC v. Elenis in December 2022, many LGBTQ+ advocates began to fear for the worst. The decision, which many expect will be issued this month, is likely to walk back many of the rights and protections that LGBTQ+ advocates have been fighting for, for decades.
